Titchfield youngster Harvey Young was chauffeured around Locks Heath and Warsash with local beauty queen Grace Levy during a break in a fundraising fair.
The three-year-old who in two weeks will be on his way to the United States for a life-changing operation to help him walk unaided was whisked around the Western Wards in a luxury Bentley car.
His mum Natalie joined Titchfield-raised Miss Greater London and former Miss Hampshire Grace Levy for the luxury drive through the area.
Grace had earlier toured the stalls at the Lovingly Local fair in the Locks Heath shopping village looking at some of the local crafts and goods. The fair was set up to raise funds for the Help4Harvey fund.
Harvey, from Bellflower in Titchfield will be jetting out to St Louis, Missouri, for the selective dorsal rhizotomy (SDR) operation on June 4.
The surgery and post-operation physiotherapy will cost Harvey’s family £50,000. The Help4Harvey charity campaign run by his parents has raised £30,000 but the fundraising continues towards the total.
Harvey’s dad Nick Young said: “The amount of money that has been raised so far has been amazing but we are pushing on to get the rest of the total.
“People have been so supportive and this Lovingly Local fair has been great because it has brought together some crafts and businesses and offered something extra for people at the centre.”
Stallholders battled against strong winds and occasional heavy showers, but kept smiling for the sunny spells.
