A family from Locks Heath was presented with festive prizes as the lucky winner of Locks Heath Shopping Centre’s ‘Win Christmas’ competition.

Ian Goodridge, twins Poppy and Theo, and mum Debby Randall

Debby Randall’s twin children Poppy and Theo, aged four, successfully unravelled eight anagrams which had been displayed in participating shop windows at Locks Heath to scoop the prize worth more than £300.

Debby, of Locks Heath Park Road, said: “I thought we would enter for a bit of fun.  Winning has made the preparation for Christmas so much easier this year.

“My only concern was how I was going to get it all home.  I think I need a sleigh the size of Santa’s for all these wonderful prizes.”

Theo Ashton said: “I was very excited that my Mum had won all these prizes.  Especially chocolate and mince pies because they are my favourite.”

The prize included a turkey, Christmas tree, crackers, hamper, Prosecco wine, chocolates, gift wrap and a mini spa package.

Regional Manager for Locks Heath Shopping Centre Ian Goodridge presented Debby and the children with their prize and said: “The competition attracted a large number of entries as shoppers solved anagrams which spelt out the names of the prizes, all available from Locks Heath.

“We all hope that Debby and her family will really enjoy their prize and that it helps them on their way to the best Christmas ever, courtesy of Locks Heath Shopping Centre.”
